This is not a violation of prisoner rights, they lose many rights when convicted. They are in jail, that reality is a loss of rights. Even after release they do not have the right to own a firearm, and probably many more rights are lost just by being a convicted felon.
I checked out the slides from their first day of class and it says that exams were 40% and finding the 10 security holes was 60% of their grades. I guess they all learned an important lesson on when to drop a class before it's too late.
I think the iodea is to store the PV energy as hydrogen so that you still have power during dark hours. It would be more efficient to use the PV electricity directly and just use the excess for electrolysis. When the Hydrogen tank is full, then sure sell the excess back to the grid.

I opened my hotmail account in 1997 or 1998 and this week I noticed that I have the 250 MB storage limit on it now.
