In order for a lawyer to even consider a response for one of my domain names, I was told it would cost me $25,000.00 and its no gurantee. What am I suppose to do at that point?
FYI: In the end I lost because it all came down to them saying I registered the name in "Bad Faith". Since when does freedom of expression of any word or context constitute bad faith. All I did was register the name because it was for a class project.
Again, if I had a high powered lawyer to defend myself against AOL, I might of won. I didn't so I lost.
Oh well. When will I get appointed to ICANN so I can represent the general public?
If we look at who the unelected officials are at ICANN, I bet you will find that they are from one of the top 10 Technology companies.......
Is this not conflict of interest or am I blind?
