Correct. That is why a unix(OSX) getting MAJOR app support from adobe, macromedia, M$,kinetix, quark, etc. is such a big deal. OSX will be the first *nix to get these kinds of apps.

DUE PROCESS OF LAW is what separates our system from a totalitarian one. Remember? The gov could use this device to gather, or plant evidence on anyone who uses email, thereby circumventing the DUE PROCESS altogether. Do you realize this? I'm assuming you have some working knowledge of computers and digital technology. Just think about it.
And if you think your Government(or the police) wouldn't do this to you if it served their agenda, well, I feel sorry for you. That have already done it to people, and they will do it again. Carnivore would make it simple, and almost impossible to disprove.
