I honestly don't think it looks nice to have all of the non-metro apps be tiles. It completely removed any folder structure, leaving me with a big pile of apps with confusing names (for example: I have 10 tiles that are just called "uninstaller," and some other onew where the name is obscure, because the proper name is the folder name).
I'd be perfectly happy to have a normal start menu for all of the non-metro apps.
