Check the paths in Paddington Cemetary. They are not completely in OSM; and Apple's tiles have the exact same data.
Another point there, is the road classification of the road between Harvist Road and Kilburn Lane. OSM had it (wrongly) like the way Apple had only between Mar 22 and Apr 12, 2010: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/52186831/history . So with that info, we can even pinpoint the age of their data.
