In all seriousness (and of course, NOT news) is that employee turnover is a BIG contributor to undertrained tech support staff.
Big circular argument here... is the high turn over due to HR dicking the entry-level employees, or does HR disregard the entry-level techies because they see a high turn-over rate?
(and do we lose receptionists because they're hit on constantly by shall-we-say-nameless techs?)
