Not to mention just how encrypted would it be? I mean sure your signature can be forged when it comes to pen and ink, but it is really a pain in the rear, plus you have to be present to sign the thing.
In the case of an electronic signature not only can they be cracked but manipulated pretty easily and it is much harder to prove that you didn't sign something that say... you didn't want to.
I don't know, I'm all for technology and everything but things like e-money and now e-signatures gives me the creeps. They're too easy to manipulate.
Working with "some of the nation's largest advertisers", great, just link this to like the home shopping network or tie in an ability to buy via a credit card on TV... give them a month and they'll be able to know everything about us. The more I think about this, the more I realize it is a bad idea.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. But for one thing look at MP3, even The Powers That Be haven't been able to stop it (hehehe, or at least not for me, 20 gigs and climbing).
The problem is, is there any way around having an IP? I mean if you are a network there is always a way to tag you. I don't see any way around them being able to take a peek at us.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I find it easier to relate to the binary boxes we call computers than most humans, especially women. I don't really care about affection, I just like stuff to do what I want it to do (call me a control freak).
I don't like living dogs, and don't think I'd care for a robotic one, however something like a Gorilla... something big that I could have rip jocks limb from limb, that'd be cool.
I dunno if I'd call mp3 worthless, but it certainly isn't top of the line, that is for sure. Not that I am abig supporter of it or anything but to name one, VQF, is better than mp3 in most respects. The sound quality is better and the size is smaller (the only downside is that decoding it is a little more work for the old processor). Now we just need one twice as good that's open source. Anyone wanna help me? hehehehe.
