How did Richard Smith trace a message sent from a free Yahoo email account back to Microsoft? Should we assume that Richard Smith of Phar Lab Software has friends at Yahoo that will provide this sort of information without a court order? Wouldn't this violate Yahoo's TOS?
Here's the quote from the article that made me suspicious:
"The message, sent via a free Yahoo email account, was ironically sent to a person who was more than qualified to examine where the message originated and evidently traced it back to someone within Microsoft."
I wonder if that explains why QT4 doesn't bug you about making a paid upgrade to QT4Pro everytime you want to use it. If Apple wants to compete with Real then they should get rid of the upgrade NOW or LATER buttons.
Real wouldn't be as popular as it is today if their basic player constantly asked you to buy the G2 Plus.

Since primary/secondary DNS for fishdot.org wasn't responding @ 4:45pm PDT I had to get a non-authoritative response (208.196.56.207)from./'s DNS cache.
After a couple of failed HTTP connects and ping attempt I did a trace and discovered that 208.196.56.207 is on the RBL hitlist.
If you are curious, the complaint that put the fishdot.org ip on the RBL can be found at http://maps.vix.com/rbl/ev/208.196.56.0-24.txt.

Evidently, this sounds like a bunch of BS.
