i use this really old power mac 7500/100 at work, and opened it up a few weeks back to put some more ram in it. i must admit, i really do hate using a mac a lot, but, opening the case up and working inside it was great. i have never seen a case with so much thought gone into it. everything is so well laid out and easily accessible, and there are even little arms to prop bits up on. nice one apple, shame about the software.
i think the motion blur thing is a bit gimmicky. it looks crap, and kind of like the mouse cursor trails in windows.
also, i like the reflection of the bloke in the monitor, reminds me of a porno video i've watched where you can see a reflection of a bloke cracking one off on his sofa - quality.
i love how his webcounter says 521, taking into account that the 5 is probably the made up number at the start of everyone's counter, and this post is probably about the 21st post, i reckon it's a fake story and he knocked up the pictures in photoshop or something and made up some text to go along with them.
yet another 3D GUI story on slashdot. and every time i think this will be pretty pants. i can't see how a 3D gui would be easier to navigate than a 2D GUI. it would have to be pretty impressive to change my views.
am i the only one who doesn't know what it means? i've read other people saying they know what's next but i haven't a clue. i have never owned a console. and the only cheat i remember is up down left right (until you hear a ring), A, start. that's for sonic the hedghog on the megadrive.
so could someone fill me in on the up up down down gubbins please.
