But if next July's anticipated Supreme Court ruling in the MPAA/RIAA vs Grokster/Streamcast goes in favour of the movie and music industries, the heat is going to be on any technology, no matter how benign the intentions of its developer, that nevertheless makes piracy possible.

Which is rather stupid and obtuse. If you're trying to pioneer a novel way to transfer data, then it could be used for piracy. Anything that transfers bits and bytes around can be held liable. So setting this precedent is just PLAIN STUPID. How far will *AA go? Let's say this precedent had already been established... then they could go after Brian Cohen. They could hold him responsible for create an application "makes piracy possible, regardless of his benign intentions". This way the *AA could crush anything that they see as a potential threat.

Well I am glad I didn't invent speach, written word, copy machines, printing presses, casset tapes, floppy disks, etc etc etc

Hmmm... how to start.. how to start...

I for one am from the south... Good old piece of crap Louisiana... Every day on my way to work I see atleast 4 "rebel" flags, on cars, in yards, whatever...

I have traveled around the US a bit... saw people with a rebel flag in Califorinia... I had to ask what it ment to them, knowing that they are not from the south...

To them the flag was just another sign of rebelion... nothing to to do with racial hatered... now that made me think...

see I had never really thought of what it ment to me.. it was blank symbol in my book.. I had never taken the time to give it any type of deffention... but at the same time, it shocked me to see someone that wasn't back woods southern hick chweing dip with a belt buckle the size as of one of King Kongs testicals...

If you ask people what the flag means what you hear depends on what they have seen it mean in their life... some it is about raceism... but surprising that is few from what I have seen... others and much more common the flag is about herritage... others it is about rebelion.. I am sure people can think of more.. but to me it is just piece of cloth that I wouldn't bring myself to wipe my ass with.... flags are too slick....

I recently got out the hospittal for untreated bi-polar disorder... also my father was schizo-effective... thats schizophreana(or however you spell that) with a mood disorder... in both places I saw what happens to someone that goes unteated...

my father killed himself because he got off his meds... I saw several people in the hospital because they were so delerius from the schizophrenea that they didn't know who they were...

one guy thought that we were on mars and another guy thought that everyone was out to kill him...

these are the thing where it can lead of someone gets off their meds.. that is the most important part.. stay on the meds....

Hell I am not concerened with the shower curtain.. I am more concerened with the kitchen sponge... they are proven to contain much more bacteria and we smear this on our plates and silverware? we ingest all of this bacteria and germs.. shesh.. makes me sick to my stomach thinking about that...

Tip use a rag instead of a sponge.. atleast that you can throw in the washing machine...
