Final Scratch is a stand-alone product. You do not need to use it in conjunction with any other software. Nor is it designed to be used with other programs. And seeing as DJ's will probably use their Final Scratch laptop exclusively for DJ-ing they won't care what OS it runs.
You ever use a NeXT? I owned a cube back in '92. The NeXT GUI is nothing like Aqua. Apple has obviously completely redone the interface and tried to create a new look and feel. Remember the Lisa? Way back when? Lisa -> Mac... NeXT -> OSX What's the problem?
Oh my God! That evil Steve! If he could only get that "incredibly large ego" out of the way, Apple would be able to really innovate and bring out quality products like Copeland...
I came to know about Captain Crunch in a completely different context. He is infamous in the SF rave scene for chasing young boys around parties and being a general slimy ass. I didn't find out that he was also considered a general slimy ass in the computer scene until years later. Anybody who steals from blind kids has serious issues.
