As for the job, build a portfolio of what you have done. Employers care mainly about that.
As for school, I know the universities are good where you come from. Enroll quickly, find one that has an exchange program. Teach lab or help other student by tutoring.
All of what you said can be done and only you can decide. If you find american universities too expensive, come to Canada:)
