Nice to see in general things are consistent. I have EE, CS, and CE degrees, yet I couldn't get employed when I graduated 10 years ago in these fields. Therefore, my 'degrees' are no longer good enough to be employed. I apply for a passport and they talk of restricting it because of my needed talents, yet I can't get a job in the field I trained in.
I work in the IT field because that is where my experience is.
