I've actually sketched out the idea of creating cases that
1. Have Blinky lights again 2. Looked like Model versions of old Midi/Mainframes (say a Mini IBM 370 or an old Dec PDP 11 (complete with purple) and the paddle switch used for on/off/reset/and a bunch of empty ones to fiddle with when your bored:)
3. I liked the idea of replicating scifi computers. especially with extra switches, touch panels, a useless graphics display etc just to impress your friends. But I bet no one would want the season one version of the Space 1999 computer an unmarked keypad that only prints on cash register thermal paper...
The big question is would anyone be willing to pay a premium for these cases. I figure the cost would be at least around $150+ depending on the materials etc.
How about "Next" ;)
