does this take into account people buying parts of PCs and assembling them themselves? i feel like it's gotten easier to just upgrade one or two parts rather than the whole computer now too.
I recently switched to an LED monitor. It can only refresh at 60 Hz (or 59Hz but who does that?). I haven't noticed any flickering or had any headaches. I have noticed less power consumption and less heat coming from my display so I think you're just gonna have to deal with it. The benefits of LED displays will outweigh stuff like this forever. You won't be changing the industry.
Is it positioned to be able to take any pictures form space? They can probably turn the flash off. I don't think the earth is close enough for it to matter.

And the facebook app still crashes all the time because facebook doesn't care about android people.
