Most commerces won't bother with trading Bitcoins directly just like they don't deal with credit cards directly. Right now they use POS systems to deal with VISA and MasterCard, and they'll use a service like BitPay to accept Bitcoins.
Quite the opposite. Since the value of Bitcoins can fluctuate, just like stocks, it not only makes sense for the government but it also makes it a legitimate and legal market in the USA.
The replicators from Star Trek basically "print" objects using atoms instead of plastic, so we only need to use atoms filaments instead of plastic filaments!
o Since when is the lowercase "O" a bullet?
People who mined Bitcoins at the beginning are now millionaires, what's stupid about that?
I'm pretty sure you can declare yourself a ballerina if you want to. Who's going to check? The ballerina police?
Sorry, forgot to edit my copy/paste.
One Bitcoin will always equal 100 000 000 satoshis.
Bravo Slashdot. I can't even write a non-breaking space nor use in my comments, even in 2014. Bravo.

That's like saying nobody should use PayPal, nobody should buy stocks.
Just let it go already. You didn't mine Bitcoins at the beginning and now you're pissed off because you're not rich.

As far as I can recall, the Tandy 1000 series had its MS-DOS in ROM, you don't even need a floppy or hard drive in order to boot it.
Stop asking Microsoft for the source code to MS-DOS when there's already a compatible DOS available for free.

Dear Brendan,
gay people have the rights to be miserable too.
Signed,
someone who hopes more gay men means more single women.
I wanted to make a joke about the ignorance of how the world works and you totally ruined it with facts.
Of course we won't, because he's naturally blurry.
In Soviet Alaska, Windows look at YOU!*
* because Russian hackers installed spyware on your PC and spy on you via your webcam.
I think killing things "for fun" is something psychopaths do.
1/50 in = 0.02 in = 0.508 mm.
Let's try using Bitcoins planet-wide right now. After all it's only one planet in one solar system in one galaxy.
Google doesn't publish global stats, so I can't quote anything.
The replicators from Star Trek basically "print" objects using atoms instead of plastic, so we only need to use atoms filaments instead of plastic filaments!
Another example: try to buy metric drill bits at regular hardware stores.
Not if you switch to metric time.
That's the nice part. You can print smaller scaled versions of the cop and merge them together when you want a larger one.
Given that page counters usage is down and Google Analytics usage is up, I wouldn't trust the numbers from statcounter.
As opposed to all the "official" benchmarks that have been compiled to give Intel an edge against AMD?
