This proposal is bypassing Congress for funding by a radical group of parasites for a radical agenda that have lost on their merits. Seize the means and ignore Congress is truly dangerous. Steinbruner and his buddies should be defunded immediately.
Intimidation and unilateral executive action were trademarks of Herr Hitler and the Nazis. Nazis were cultists, as are militant CAGW. And they were dangerously politicized at physics, seeing that rejected "Jewish physics" would have flattened Germany if not defeated so soon.
Even if CAGW were real, the current "climate scientists" not only have not proven it, they are actually doing pretty good job of discrediting it both behaviorly and with poor quality papers. This a much bigger scam than Piltdown Man.
