There are many like him who gets promoted to higher management when their bosses do not find anyone else.
Only a true engineer can respect the experience , knowledge and efficiency of experienced senior engineers. He is acting like a businessman to impress the public and media but this is surely going to cost him.
Why should we the "Senior engineers" bother ourselves with such a shitty stuff which he has written. SAP is a great company which has revolutionized the enterprise software world and a very respected employer in europe. I am sure he will receive a tight slap from SAP management.
