Anyone with a 100.64.0.0/10 WAN address is being CGNATted by their ISP.

How does one do port forwarding when CGNATted? e.g. Black Ops 2 needs TCP 3074 opened. Can anyone who is CGNATted confirm if they can port forward to one of their internal devices?
I believe HugesNet uses CGNAT too.
