1 Sever admin, 1 telecom admin, 1 deskside (general IT role), 3 programmers and a supervisor.
Guess who did most of the day-to-day stuff (printers, pc problems, "outlook isn't working, how do I do this?")?
My suggestion is start getting interviews for other jobs and let your boss know you're doing it. That'll put a rush on them getting help - it worked for me anyway... we now have 3 deskside support people and moved up to a network analyst role.
That's because your phone is too close to the speakers. Someone's phone in row 32 much less row 2 won't give the pilots that RF interference to their headsets.
