Yes. I'm aware of this. I'm also aware that my boss has absolutely zero self-awareness on his own awkward bizarre behaviour, body gesture or body movements. He doesn't know how to interact with people. Soulless & emotionless. Don't protect the autistic - they need to be buried alive.
My boss is autistic. He can't read facial expressions when i'm mad or just sad. Emotional dimwit. Back em up in a truck and dump em in a hole and bury em alive - i say.
My Boss is Autistic & here are the problems:
1) Poor social skills/ socially inept - unable to relate or sympathise with staff.
2) Zero Self-Awareness of his physical behaviour or gestures when among peoples i.e mouth movements, tongue twirling with mouth open, sticks thumb in his back pocket, odd physical gestures or movements and awkward interaction with staff.
3) Social anxiety or anxious around people.
4) Not being able to read or interpret peoples facial gestures i.e When Angry or sad.
5) Limits interaction with staff - a real loner but thinks its normal.
6) Self absorbed in self interest and personal gain. Doesn't think of other people at all - lacks emotion.
7) Physical signs of Autism is the odd or bizarre looking facial features. i.e distance between each eye is far greater then that of a normal person.
In my opinion, he is a complete fucking idiot. Soulless & emotionless !!! Go SAP, use these idiots to your advantage.
