The article states that the fall of the Roman REPUBLIC may have been influenced by the use of concrete and then for some reason goes on to talk about how lead poisoning may not have been a significant factor in the fall of the Roman EMPIRE, a totally unrelated topic. Then the summary goes and conflates the two and leads to an incredibly misstated post.
