Yes. I also think that since we know that a lot of substances change the properties of the cells and our body - try alcool if you don't belive:) - the scientists should be more concerned in find this substances to make real the benefits that people want from vitamins.
Anyway, I belive in vitamins and minerals supplements, we are harvesting from the same places for centuries, the soil doesn't have the same nutrients available to the plants and finally to us. Again, if is not vitamins is something else that is missing.
