How about: Anybody who is doing anything that has to do with music, and isn't paying royalties to the record companies/artists is breaking the law.

But most networks are not encrypted.
I think the biggest problem with a wireless internet would be that everybody could intercept all data that is sent within a 100 feet (or is it more?) radius with the help of a sniffer. Please correct me if i'm wrong. Gnu'sNotUnix
