Ultimately, despite whatever you beleive to be the "unalienable Right of any man...", it's not currently a right of any man, woman or child to copy released information without restriction in the States. If you think thats wrong, well then bravo! Go do something about it to get the laws changed, but hunkering over a keyboard on Napster isn't exactly the American way to get things done, and furthermore it isn't getting anything changed!
