Everyone said their idea was close to idiotic, as it involved way too much planning, money, and time. So if their logistics were a nightmare, just imagine those related to such a feat of engineering/economics/politics/ecology/you get my idea. However, I'm pretty sure that if that tunnel gets built (as if!), those guys will buy their tickets and just go for a ride across the Bering.
