1. Have you shared your wireless password with anyone?
2. Do you have a minor in the house that may have shared your wireless password with anyone?
3. Do you even use wireless security? If so, wep, wpa, or wpa2?
4. Did you change the password when you installed the new router?
5. Have you noticed by chance that your wireless connection occasionally connects to the main router rather than the extender?
6. Although not wifi related, I'm curious. When you re-installed Windows did you immediately search for and install updates or did you let it do it on its own?
I agree completely. I know it's not the popular opinion on this to say fuck it, it's going to happen, but... Fuck it, it's going to happen. Government surveillance is going to continue. It's not just the US either, it's just part of playing in the big game now. Maybe we should focus on accepting it and getting some public oversight on the surveillance that is being done.

You don't need to be 100%, you just need to be secure enough that it's easier for them to use legal channels
