I think the point is, the law of economics ABSOLUTLELY declares that the war on drugs cannot be won (at least in trying to stop the drug supply). Whether drugs should be declared legal is not a factor, let the philosophers decide that.
Does the audience out there honestly feel less free now than they did 10 or 20 years ago?? The only place a lack of freedom ever enters my life is when I have trouble finding drugs, and is that necessarily a bad thing?
