Saying that Facebook is just stating the obvious. They hire kids straight out of college, and expect quality software from them. These guys don't know how to implement anything remotely securely, and when someone calls them out, they ban them. Typical reactionary BS, if you ask me. They wouldn't last a day in the environment I work in (a.k.a. the real world).
