Do you realize that Bill Packard not only was an inventor of great technoligal advances, but a great management style, coined the "HP Way". HP was the first company in the US to offer flextime to its employees. So for all of you working a relaxed schedule, thank him. Also, the "HP Way" is an excellent management style which I am sure those of you who work for dot coms are privy to. It took away all of the yes sir, nor sir crap.
