Same kind of thing happened two or three years ago in Turkey. In an online forum hosted on the http://www.turk.net one of Turkey's largest ISPs, a seventeen year old boy was ranting about a beating incident, where the municipality police had beaten a few blinds for demonstrating music on public streets. Unfortunately he got too far and actually cursed to Turkish Police! (whoa! a federal offense) in a few hours (that is about 1.00 AM in the middle of the night) his house was busted by Özel Tim (Turkish Police Special Crimes Unit, which is mostly an anti-terror team) and he was dragged away in front of the family members, taken to the anti-terror department and was severly beaten and "interrogated" for terrorist activities. He got out in a day or two, since he was arrested without a warrant, and turk.net was not authorized to supply his address to police without a warrant from the district attorney! Ooops they forgot all the technicalities.:) Lucky for him, he just got out with having been beaten, and nobosy pressed on for charges. Well I guess Big Brother is always out there someway.
