How far away from the cell phone does the effect of microwave radiation reach?
I'm betting it could go all the way across the universe (given billions of years) if it's not blocked by anything. Like a previous post mentioned, the power of electromagnetic waves diminishes with the inverse square of the distance, so it would be very faint by the time it travels through the universe.
