I know that a lot of people including myself have bought portable MP3 players; where does this leave us for 'fair use' listening to our own music that we may actually have *bought* and tried to rip?
I'd say to everyone, go out and buy these CDs en masse, then return them to the store the next day and cite the above as your reason for demanding a refund!
