I can't afford a car
I wanna be a prefab
SUPERSTAR!
A friend of mine was working for a rental company for a while. It was his job to go reposess all the tvs and washing machines people couldn't afford.
He seemed to get some perverse pleasure from reposessing some old lady's tv.
Go figure.
there'd be absolutely no reason for anybody to buy Windows, period. It could easily be re-copied, and re-packaged.
Heh... Been to places like Bali?
"Ooh look... Win2k Advanced Server for 40000 rupee... that's what? AUD$8?"
Depending on how well the label on the cd has been copied you can sometimes read the "Please do not make illegal copies..." message.
I made a case out of cardboard once. It's overrated.
Taping fans to the cardboard causes problems as they tend to vibrate off and fall on other components.
On the plus side it's easy to make more holes in the box and my boss can't sell it when I'm not looking.
No really :] I'm an employee of a small to medium sized ISP in Australia. All we can offer is 56K modem access... or ISDN if you have a stupid amount of money and nothing to do with it... The politicians in this country have almost no idea about IT - look at the internet censorship debacle. If one political party makes a sugestion, no matter how uh, innovative, it may be, the other side will do everything they can to oppose it... But you get that.
