Nintendo has always had papers readyt o go ready to sue everybody and anybody that came close or nudged their copyrights. I'm surprised that game magazines are publishing screenshots from Nintendo as bad as they are about Nintendo's rights. One reason is this, remember when Nintendo was thinking about using CD or ROM for their games and they decided upon ROM carts? Well, the news about that is, if you are a game publisher and you want to create a game for the Nintendo platform, you can't just use any old ROM cart, you have to "license" ROM carts directly from... Nintendo.. hrmm. This is the very reason why those game carts for nintendo cost so much. Nintendo puts a price tag, i believe it is $12 per cart to the publisher over the top. This is bullshit (Arnold Schwartzenager voice). Fuck Nintendo, fuck all that they stand for and they can take Donkey Kong and shove it right up their tight little Teen Nintendo ass. My playstation 1 is doing just fine and as soon as more PS2's hit the market, i'll buy one of those too..:)
