Nope, they DO NOT RUN freebsd. They are runnning something completely own. As far as I know it has its Origins in FreeBSD, but they rewrote it and only took some core- programms like "ls" and so on. The NOKIA advantage is that they perform considerably better than SUN and come as kinda "plug & play".
It's completely horrible, don't let them do this. They are trying to rebuild the old structures we have been trying to overcome for years now.

Does anyone know whether "old" 9.1 compatible versions of Photoshop / PageMaker / CodeWarrier are running in OS X ?
I mean, I read that they have been trying running OS9.1 within OSX... well, you do not ReAlLy need that, but the applications... !!
