The Dallas Morning News' legal department might want to look into the precadent that was already set with the case of Tickets.com vs. Ticketmaster. Actually, The Other One is a now commonly accepted abbreviation for the song: 'Thats it for the other one' which was the intro to 'Cryptical Envelopment', which appeared on their 'Anthem of the Sun' album in '67. Cryptical is actually the tune that appears on so many setlists as just 'The Other One'. The original Cowboy Neal was found comatose in 1968, lying by the side of a railroad track - he died that same day.
