I think we'll see a return to massive political activism and unrest against Bush, Inc. like we had in the 1980s. With the network economy they won't be able to keep things under the table as much, either; look at how much of a joke the whitehouse.gov site is already.
Also, I predict we'll see a flowering of creative activity--music, film, literature, poetry and more--as a reaction to and an expression against the tyranny of the right-wing government trying to take away our rights while they line their pockets.
There was some really meaningful writing, music, and art with substance from that time that still means a lot today. I think I'll go dust off my Meat Beat Manifesto and Dead Can Dance tapes.:)
