    The human refuse who keep proposing these censorship laws are about 95% of the time Republican (in name), so it's no way prejudicial to point that out....but yes, you have a point, it is VERY against traditional American conservatism to interfere in peoples' lives by banning movies, medical procedures, herbs...in other words, you've about to join a party that sold out worse than Metallica. All the political 'isms' are substitutes for rational thought and communication.

    Well, they've certainly been javascript leaders for years now, perhaps not anymore....but that last post sounds like someone who is indignant that porn is so much more successful than the vast majority of 'e-businesses' And dissing someone becuase they may have repurposed some perl code in a new way? Never heard of that? jeez.....

    Forget checking your contract; unless your company is run by the nicest, most trusting and honest mgmnt ever, they are going to think/claim that you're marketing stuff you made for them, which would (without superceeding agreement) probably make it 'work for hire', which you own *no* legal rights to. You need to document the fact that the thing's your own creation....carefully save every email, posting, etc. that might back this up. I used to be a photographer and got screwed in a very similar situation. Good luck!
