I have to agree that if you're looking for classic amusement park stuff, you can't beat good ol' Kennywood. They even have a themed area for some of the older rides...
With coasters like the Jack Rabbit and the Racer built in the 1920s (and on the National Historic Register), you definitely get a whole time-warp feel going. My wife grew up there in the '60s and it's amazing how much is still there from when she was a kid. Can't say that much about most of the other parks I know...
BTW, Kings Dominion in Richmond has a similar ride to this one.... But not near the height. Only 165 ft. Only problem is the damned this is broken down most of the time! Hope CP has better luck with theirs....
What about a case where you take a (probably) copyrighted image, then sufficently modify it for another use entirely? Case in point my site carvingpumpkins.com , where I use images I've downloaded to create patterns to carve into pumpkins? How far should one have to go in order to claim art as their own, even if it starts as someone else's creation (Warhol's Campbell's soup can?)?
BTW, I see nothing wrong with the Google search, especially since they do provide the original page source in the window below each image you click.
I've got news for you... The LOC is already using herds of the EMC Symmetrix units mentioned in the article. So yes, they surely could use the 150Gbit/square inch capacities, stuffed into tons of huge arrays. These guys eat storage for breakfast, and they get hungrier all the time!

If corporations are so intent on defending their trademarks, shouldn't they take the time to register similar domains as part of a sound web strategy? I mean it's not that expensive, and gotta be cheaper than paying all the lawyers right?
But no, you have idiots like pumpkinmasterS.com that are pressuring me to give up my just-for-fun domain pumpkinmaster.com just because they didn't have the foresight to register it for themselves.
I would think that by failing to register the similar domain for yourself, you're giving up the right to claim it later...
