Even though we use scroll lock more than caps lock, Dell made scroll lock into a meta key on their CP series laptops. I have to press Fn+numlock to get scroll lock:( However, is there a single DOS/Windows user who has ever touched the scroll lock key and even knows what it does in a real operating system?

The simplest and most transparent solution I see is to hack BIND to ignore all address records pointing to that verisign IP. Any volunteers?
