-wait for 'glass wombs'. Grow spare parts for yourself. I'm c. 30, in 20 my clone body will be a young virile adult. Borrow organs or just have my brain transplanted.
-today, hire lotsa surrogate mothers. Pick them so they will likely decide to keep it. Pay up front to encourage them! In Canada at least, there is no legal way to enforce custody. Harvest when adults as per first choice above. Cheers!
