  1. Piezoelectric Mouse on Piezoelectric Shoe Power · · Score: 1

Piezoelectric Cordless Mouse. That way you would not need to get new batterys or recharge. But I think a mouse that ran off movement would work better.

I got these idea form the Cordless Mouse AD on ./ who says banners are a waste of Bandwidth.

  2. Piracy would have hard and easy parts on Gaming On Demand · · Score: 1

Piracy would be hard to do because You only download the parts of the Games that you are playing. So you would have to beat the game ( and find hidden areas that are not loaded). Cheat Codes would be very helpful. Now what you could do is write a proxy to cache all the data and send it to the Game as it requests it. Of course since you have just beaten the game You don't want or need an other a Copy.

I Would love for this Service to go with out Piracy but see no way of this happening.

  3. I don't think they are as big as they Say on Juno, NetZero To Merge Into 2nd-Largest ISP · · Score: 2

Would netzero and Juno have the worlds 2nd largest ISP based on Subscribers or active Subscribers? I know many people who have sign-up more then once for both Juno and NetZero. Does a Free Internet account Expire in like a month or 2. Does it does expire after more then a year? I don't think NetZero has the largest 3rd largest Active Subscriber Base. If Netzero and Juno merge and start saying we are the 2nd biggest internet proveder(or #1 Provider of the real internet). Then earthlink should sue them for Lying, right?

Maybe AT&T or who ever is fourth, should sue NetZero as it is?

I think it's very sad to see mir put down this way. It really belongs in a museum. I am sure we will be a able to see some replica of Mir in a museum.

Maybe Mir, should have gotten it's very own category and Icon. well I know it's a bit late.

o'course this could just be the one of the best augments for open source ever.

I don't think any one in the CIA or else where in the government is smart enough to have pulled this off in the first place.

Mum, The country that cuba used to connected to the Internet would be pressured into disconnecting Cuba or maybe that Country would be disconnected from the internet. You know there's Funny story I once heard don't know if it's true but it goes some what like this:

Someone was trying to break into the four computers running the Internet at that time. So, they track the guy down to some Spanish university. They call the university and tell them to find out who it is. They say that they are not going to looking for him. So, america just disconnects the whole of Europe. calls Spain and tells them these. 30 min. later they call back and say they caught the guy.

  11. Some Words on Nasty Bad Men Are Using Encryption · · Score: 1

Let me tell you about some terrorists. Who formed the USA. Which got more freedom then before. But not all terrorists are good or even trying to be good.

This is of course just leading to full control of everyone. The Borg is where we are heading, if we let The Gov. take away our Guns, Encryption and our minds. I think in 5-10 (Maybe even sooner) years it will be time to take on the Gov. But now is not the time because we can try to take them politically. You remember at tampa (Super Bowl) where they used cameras to check if you where a criminal is digitaly the same as if they took your prints because your there. I mean that this could make it so that if the gov. didn't like you they could find you when you went to the market. Anarchy is not the Answer but a new Gov. is.

  12. And you wornder why Windows crashes on Microsoft Ties DRM Technology To Windows · · Score: 1

Hmm, this has answers one of my deep question why can't microsoft make a stable OS. Well, it is very simple they put every thing and the kitchen sink into the OS it self probably right in to unprotected parts of kernel and then when apps or movies come out that use. 1/2 of windows boxes will freeze because not to much REAL world testing was done because nothing in the REAL world existed at the time to test it. When MicroSoft writes a program or makes a movie to test it. They known exactly how to test it. So when Joe Blow skips over the SDK Manuals and some Source Code and even if he reads everything twice. He doesn't Build it just right or uses it in a new and creative way that makes a cool hack. When it works (1/2 of the time). The more you put into a program or anything for that matter the harder it is to see and test how it will work in the real world.

One reason I feel the Linux Kernel is so stable is that it has taken quite a while to develop and in that time has had a lot of real world testing by Idiots, Geniuses and those in-between. This is an other reason why Win 95/98/ME (not sure about NT and 2000) has so many bugs is that it was develop with little REAL world testing. Sorry to go off subject.

know that with scrabbling the sound out of the sound card is just going to get a little filter like those for Block Buster Movies. But it would be more useful to a monitor, so tempisting would not work. but of course someone will just filter it and you probably need to do it at the hardware level.
