It really just depends on how you present yourself. I am 18 years old and the Technology Director for www.idsociety.com. I started consulting here and then, with full knowlege of my age, they asked me if I would come on full time as their Technology Director. I do not discrimate against the older people in the company, so why should they me?
So it really just depends on the people you work for and how your culture views humans, regardless of age, color, religion, etc..etc.. But as time goes on I think that people will begin to realize that a 12 year old could do the same quality of work as a 65 year old. > My two cents.
