    It is sad that such laws/treaties/whathaveyou will be passed, AND they will.

    I don't believe they are just and as a US citizen no less should be expected of me than to disobey unjust laws. Cheers to the EFF, but this isn't really about the US's people (although it could be).

    This is about the US justifying its actions to maintain its position at the top of the food chain at other country's expenses the way it always has. But remember the US is still a young country, filled with lots of people who believe and would die for the consitutional rights that those smart men establish. Some of them where criminals in such the same way the DCMA makes you and I a criminal.

    We have decided to copyright the process and therefore any products of your education. Once you start applying your knowledge to get a job, please starting sending the checks back to your local school, as it is their IP.

    .... do both. Either at the same time over or alternate semesters or do one after completing the first.

    Not that I should speak because I was a college dropout.....

    This system has so many bottle necks it isn't funny. The police, the courtsystem, school officials, school staff, etc....

    Now even if you only accuse one person a day (preplanned with friends) this system will fail and/or it's abuse will be noted. The police/officials do not have the time and cannot spend the time neccessary for this kind of a system to work. It assumes that only a few kids will be turned in. I say turn everyone in...
