I started an ISP in Michigan 3 years ago.
It's has been a battle from the start but has gotten easer this past year. No one has offer to buy me out yet and I could care less. We offer a great service to our customers and have a solid customer base. The Telco's make it tuff for us but we have learned to work with and around them.
I don't want to be like AOL or any other large ISP. I don't see any ISP as compitition. It's a great thing to have choices! No one ISP can serve all!
