What do you mean by chemical structure? You can have chemicals that have identical chemical composition, but have different:
sructural-isomers
stereo-isomers
optical-isomers
cis/trans-isomers
to name but a few. I am thinking of, in particular, of thalidamide, which had two optical-isomers that were structurally the same. One was beneficial to pregnant women, the other caused serios birth defects.
I have live in Brighton for eighteen years. In my opinion, CCTV is particularly important in Brighton for two reasons:
1. Brighton has one of the largest gay populations in Europe.
2. All year round there are huge numbers of forgein students visiting and living in the city.
Unfortunately, many people in the city are homophobic and the British are known for their xenophobia. This leads to there being frequent attacks on individuals, usually in the centre of town, which can be prevented or punished by the use of cameras. The CCTV is only used in public places, and the tapes are usually only reviewed when a crime has been commited.
Just my opinion, but I think cameras are a benefit to the law-abiding.

Luckily, it easily forms a layer of aluminium oxide, which is very unreactive and hence it is safe for use in food containers.
