Here in britain even though the government claims to be "Pro Web" it seems the only way to contact your government representative is through the good old fashioned postal service
Just because it says it has retained imprinted information for at least 6 months doesn't mean that it only holds information for 6 months. It just means that in their tests then the information was still good after 6 months and would probably remain good for quite a while after that.
