Not everybodies cup of tea, but I reckon Mars Attacks is a classic.
Here's another while they'r at it: Killing an Arab by The Cure
I think this is aimed at improving quality of life. A guy gets a hart attack, which means his quality of life goes down the tube, he can't climb stairs, run or do anything strenous. If this stuff gets him do have a fuller life, then I am all for it.
