With companies like Rambus making 80% off IP lawsuits, these companies are finding it very profiable to keep lawyers on staff to do everything they can to make money on IP. That means get that IP thru any means possible. This is bad news for those of us who create the IP. What is someone to do.. you program for a living, you are good at it.. you can't just walk away from it,,, and now they own what you do, and how you do it, and anything from now on that looks like you did it the way you do things... What is wrong here... A moral injustice, I say.
